# ExcludeRadar > Counterparty verification and OIG exclusion screening for healthcare staffing agencies, by BuiltWith. Everyone screens the clinician. Nobody screens the clinic they are being placed into. ExcludeRadar does both. ## Pages - [Counterparty check](https://excluderadar.rmcp.dev/): Assess whether a healthcare domain has the web footprint of an operating practice or a billing shell. - [Exclusion database](https://excluderadar.rmcp.dev/exclusions): 83,611 current OIG records, searchable by name, entity, or NPI. - [Exclusion authorities](https://excluderadar.rmcp.dev/authorities): The statutory grounds behind every exclusion. - [Exclusions by state](https://excluderadar.rmcp.dev/states): Distribution across US states and territories. - [How it works](https://excluderadar.rmcp.dev/how-it-works): Evidence classes, the two lanes, and the safety boundary. - [Exclusion screening for healthcare staffing agencies](https://excluderadar.rmcp.dev/solutions/healthcare-staffing-agencies): Screen every clinician you place against the OIG exclusion list, and check whether the facility you are placing them into is an operating practice or a billing shell. - [Phantom provider detection from web footprint](https://excluderadar.rmcp.dev/solutions/phantom-provider-detection): A clinic with a weeks-old NPI, a days-old domain, and no booking, telehealth, or payment technology has the web footprint of a billing shell. See the signals before you place staff or invoice through it. - [Monthly OIG exclusion screening and the attestation report](https://excluderadar.rmcp.dev/solutions/monthly-oig-exclusion-screening): OIG guidance directs exclusion screening at hire and monthly thereafter. The hard part is not the check — it is producing the dated evidence that the check happened every month. - [Plans](https://excluderadar.rmcp.dev/plans): Pricing. - [Agent guide](https://excluderadar.rmcp.dev/agent): How to use the tools correctly. - [MCP discovery](https://excluderadar.rmcp.dev/.well-known/mcp.json) · [MCP endpoint](https://excluderadar.rmcp.dev/mcp) · [OpenAPI](https://excluderadar.rmcp.dev/api/openapi.json) ## Data sources - HHS OIG List of Excluded Individuals/Entities — the Federal exclusion list, ingested from the official file. - CMS NPPES NPI Registry — provider enumeration records, queried live. - BuiltWith — longitudinal web technology observation, queried live. ## Important An NPI match is deterministic. A name match is not: names are not identifiers, and every name-lane result requires confirmation by a qualified human. A clear result covers the OIG LEIE only, not SAM.gov, State Medicaid lists, licensure, or OFAC. Counterparty risk scores are web-footprint observations about businesses; they are not findings of fraud and are not statements about individuals. Nothing here is an employment, credentialing, or eligibility decision.
