Exclusion screening is a solved problem.
The OIG publishes the exclusion list as a free monthly file. Six vendors sell screening against it, one of them scans hourly, and a challenger publishes flat pricing at $999 a month. We are not going to pretend we check that file better than they do.
So we include it. Every name and NPI you screen here runs against the official list with a dated, exportable result. That part is table stakes, and we price it that way.
